Kaliana brings experience supporting legal teams on a range of contractual, litigation, and intellectual property matters. Her background includes reviewing contracts and business agreements, preparing business entity formation and internal governance documents, and analyzing entertainment-related copyright and trademark matters. 

Prior to joining Michael Best, Kaliana gained in-house legal experience with a consulting company, where she assessed potential legal remedies and supported matters involving contracts, torts, and construction disputes. She also completed internships with law firms in Houston and Dallas, assisting with document review, case-file organization, litigation preparation, and other administrative and legal support.
