What powers my practice

Being a lawyer blends service, problem-solving, and rigorous legal analysis—whether advising clients on high-stakes decisions or shaping outcomes for entire organizations. These responsibilities led me to pursue business and bankruptcy law, where the most fulfilling part of my work is transforming crises into opportunities—stabilizing companies, preserving jobs, and giving founders second chances. I turn what I’ve learned into practical tools, demystifying strategy by explaining the “why” and offering constructive guidance so clients can make decisions quickly and confidently. I strive to be seen as a business lawyer who delivers sound judgment and practical solutions in sometimes esoteric legal areas when it matters most.
