Joe N. Marcucci*

Joe works with emerging companies, founders, and investors, drawing on experience researching complex legal issues and translating them into practical business guidance. Prior to joining Michael Best full-time, Joe gained experience as a Summer Associate with the firm, where he worked with attorneys across multiple practice areas and supported matters involving corporate, transactional, and business-related legal issues. 

While pursuing his J.D., Joe developed a strong foundation in corporate and transactional matters through coursework and practical experience. He also worked as a legal extern with a North Carolina-based restaurant development company, where he supported legal and business initiatives and gained firsthand insight into the challenges facing growing and entrepreneurial businesses.
