Her experience includes collaborating with inventors regarding patentability and right to use, drafting and prosecuting Office action responses before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, corresponding with clients, foreign counsel, Examiners, and other parties, preparing appeals, and more. Before joining Michael Best, Jeanine worked as a patent engineer and patent agent for an IP boutique firm for nearly a decade. Earlier, Jeanine spent over 10 years teaching physics at the high school and university levels.
