Jason Wu

Jason has experience with a variety of corporate transactions and governance matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and equity financings. He counsels a wide variety of clients, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and publicly traded companies in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Jason is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, he served on the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
