Overview

Jack has significant experience representing public and private companies, shareholders and other clients with respect to proxy campaigns, SEC reporting, securities law, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, and debt transactions.

Jack joined Michael Best with the New York team of Kane Kessler, P.C. Before joining Kane Kessler, he worked at a leading New York City law firm performing corporate and securities work, with a concentration in shareholder activism matters. During law school, Jack held internships in entertainment, employment, municipal and corporate law, and graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.
