Ilana Fisher

Ilana is a corporate and securities attorney who represents public and privately held companies, founders, investors, and executive management teams in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, securities matters, and other strategic transactions. Her experience spans middle-market M&A, syndicated credit facilities, public company reporting and compliance, and day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.

Ilana has represented clients in buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions involving asset and equity transactions, mergers, reorganizations, joint ventures, and minority investments. She advises clients throughout the transaction process, from structuring and diligence through negotiation, signing, closing, and post-closing matters.

Her financing experience includes amendments, refinancings, repricings, revolving credit facility upsizes, and incremental term and revolving facilities under syndicated credit arrangements. Ilana also advises public companies, directors, officers, and significant stockholders on Section 16 reporting, beneficial ownership reporting, Rule 144 transactions, registration statements, SEC disclosure, and related corporate governance matters.

She is a graduate of New York University and New York Law School, where she held a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
