Haley supports clients through system design, troubleshooting, and research across a range of technical applications, drawing on her experience in mechanical engineering. She assists with software and hardware analysis, including diagnosing system issues and supporting the design and evaluation of engineering systems, and has experience communicating technical findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

Before joining Michael Best, Haley worked as a Systems Engineering Intern at L3Harris Technologies, where she identified and addressed risks related to diminishing manufacturing sources and conducted diagnostic analyses across integrated systems. She also contributed to research in micro-nano systems and plant metabolism laboratories and completed engineering projects involving robotics control systems and prototype pump design. Haley is a former participant in Michael Best’s EDGE intern program.
