Overview
Giavanni’s legal experience includes analyzing insurance policies, preparing written assessments for clients, and researching issues related to insurance litigation. She has evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of parties’ pleadings and drafted court submissions in connection with an international externship.
Before joining Michael Best, Giavanni gained experience through a law firm clerkship and an international legal externship. In these roles, she supported a range of domestic and cross-border legal matters, assisting with legal research, client communications, and matters related to court proceedings.
