Ethan is a Senior Associate who focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience in both trial and appellate courts. Ethan has assisted with numerous large-scale litigations, including antitrust, class action, and multi-district litigation.

He represented clients in a range of civil litigation matters and complex investigations. Ethan has also gained substantial experience through clerkships and internships to several members of the judiciary.

Most recently, Ethan served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Copenhaver of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. There, Ethan prepared opinions and orders for Judge Copenhaver and managed the Court’s docket. Earlier, Ethan was a law clerk to the Honorable Monroe McKay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was also a Law Clerk to the Honorable J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Shortly after receiving his <em>Juris Doctor</em>, Ethan worked as a Staff Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ethan then spent a year as senior court counsel for the Supreme Court of the Republic of Palau, where he managed the appellate docket. During law school, Ethan also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Rudolph Randa in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
