My Why
What powers my practice
Beginning with my first day as an in-house attorney and continuing today, I have found transactional legal work extremely exciting and fulfilling. Helping clients navigate complex transactions, understanding where the real risks lie, and working with professionals across the globe toward a common goal is what I was meant to do professionally. There is nothing quite like successfully closing a transaction on which you and others have worked so hard. Knowing what is worth fighting for, what is not, and ultimately helping clients reach the finish line is why I enjoy being a transactional lawyer.
