Daniel D. Madison

Daniel has extensive experience litigating in state and federal court on a wide range of complex commercial matters involving securities violations, investor disputes, breach of contract, mortgage-backed securities, misappropriation of trade secrets, and insurance coverage disputes. Daniel manages all major facets of litigation, including dispositive motion practice, fact and expert discovery, as well as trial and appellate practice.

Daniel has also led numerous negotiations resulting in favorable settlements for his clients, and excels at collaboratively developing efficient strategies for the resolution of disputes.

Daniel joined Michael Best with the New York team of Kane Kessler, P.C. Prior to joining Kane Kessler, Daniel was an attorney at two nationally recognized firms.
