My Why
What powers my practice
My interest in law began when my parents faced a long, frustrating process after buying their small business, and I realized I wanted the legal skills to help owners like them. Delivering work that truly meets a client’s needs—like helping a first-time business owner secure their new location—reinforces my passion for M&A and business law by connecting legal work to real-world success. I leverage my experience to anticipate needs and offer solutions, fostering collaboration that leads to shared learning and stronger outcomes for all parties. I strive to be a dedicated team player who helps clients achieve their goals—where they define the “what” and I help figure out the “how.”
