She has experience supporting growing organizations by strengthening recruiting strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and building high-performing, people-centered teams.

Prior to joining Michael Best, Brenda held senior talent leadership roles at Cielo Talent, where she helped shape and implement talent strategies, supported the scaling of teams, and collaborated across functions to improve recruiting, development, and retention efforts.
