Brandon Ponzo

Brandon Ponzo is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group where he focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. He represents companies and individuals through all phases of litigation, including complex motion practice, electronic discovery, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.

Brandon has experience in both jury and bench trials. His recent matters include managing and preparing pretrial orders and related submissions in multiple New York state and federal court actions, as well as serving as second chair in a week-long jury trial through verdict.

Brandon also brings a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to his practice. He uses technology-driven tools and strategies to navigate complex legal issues and advocate for clients across industries in an efficient and cost-effective manner
