Arthur M. Rosenberg

Arthur regularly handles litigation matters in state and federal court in New York and New Jersey. He represents clients in a broad spectrum of complex legal and business issues involving real estate and construction, contracts and other commercial matters. He also represents clients in the defense of products liability, medical malpractice and professional liability claims and has successfully defended corporate clients in class action suits and in investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice concerning the federal False Claims Act (FCA) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). 

Arthur's wide range of clients include consumer product manufacturers, defense and military contractors, law enforcement equipment manufacturers, hospitals, health care facilities and physicians, pharmaceutical manufacturers, builders, condominium and cooperative boards, restaurants, hotels, insurance companies, and individuals. 

Arthur previously chaired the Matrimonial Practice Group at Kane Kessler. His cases involve the resolution of family law matters for high net worth individuals in the areas of divorce, equitable distribution, custody and visitation, child support and spousal maintenance. He also regularly prepares separation, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. 

In addition, Arthur serves as outside litigation general counsel for a large group of New York City medical and health care facilities where he manages and coordinates their active medical malpractice docket. In that role, he also provides advice regarding risk management, insurance and HIPAA-related issues.
