Angie Sadowski*

Angie brings nearly 15 years of paralegal experience, including more than five years focused on labor and employment matters. She previously held multiple roles with the State of Wisconsin, where she developed a strong foundation in administrative and civil litigation matters. 

Angie supports attorneys in the firm’s labor and employment group on matters involving the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA, state agency actions, and federal court proceedings. She has extensive experience handling civil rights, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour and labor standards issues, and complex litigation in both state and federal courts. 

Her experience includes:

• Managing case preparation, document collection and review, research, and trial preparation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses in administrative and civil proceedings
• Managing discovery and document productions, including e-discovery in Relativity
• Preparing advanced data analysis summary reports on exposure assessments, disparate impact, and reduction-in-force analysis
• Analyzing employment data and preparing annual Affirmative Action (IWD and VEVRAA) reporting plans and narratives on behalf of Michael Best clients
• Supports workplace safety inspections and investigations, including drafting responses to catastrophic incidents
