FTC Announces Increased Merger Filing Thresholds
On January 14, 2026, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced annual revisions to the jurisdictional thresholds that determine which transactions must be reported pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act.
