Overview
Allison has more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal and as the law firm’s risk manager. She has experience in all phases of the litigation process—from inception of a case to resolution—at state, federal, and appellate court levels.
Allison has extensive case management experience in commercial litigation, employment litigation, government investigations, and trademark ligation matters. As part of the litigation team, Allison has developed expertise in reviewing documents for discovery purposes, conducting research, and organizing and compiling evidence relied upon in depositions, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
As the law firm’s risk manager, Allison works closely with the firm’s General Counsel, as well as with brokers and insurers on professional liability, management liability, employment practices liability and cyber liability insurance coverage.

- Jury trial victories for a large Illinois municipality in federal cases alleging employment discrimination
