Alexandra Doell

Alexandra is an associate in Michael Best’s Corporate practice, where she assists clients with a variety of business and transactional matters. During law school, Alexandra was a summer associate for Michael Best where she drafted and reviewed a variety of complex agreements, conducted due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, worked on various tax matters, and drafted model organization documents for non-profit corporations across the country. 

Before joining Michael Best, Alexandra worked with a Green Bay business and real estate law firm, where she drafted various agreements, performed valuable research, and reviewed real estate documents. While in undergrad, Alex was an intern for the law clerks at the Brown County Courthouse, where she gained experience with legal research and writing.
