My Why
What powers my practice
Born a litigator. Built for general counsel.
I spent years in courtrooms learning exactly what goes wrong when businesses don’t have the right legal partner. That experience shapes everything I do — whether I’m litigating a dispute or serving as outside general counsel — so my clients can stay focused on building their business, not managing their legal exposure.
Legal counsel should empower, not confuse. I know I’m successful when clients call while considering a decision, not after the damage is done.
