His expertise includes early-stage planning and formation, venture capital and angel fundraising, commercial licensing and contracting, and mergers and acquisitions. Gawronski’s dedication to understanding his client’s unique business objectives enables him to provide strategic legal guidance that aligns with their overall business goals. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gawronski is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy.
