Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters, Wisconsin’s family-owned roastery and café brand founded in 1996, has joined FairWave Specialty Coffee Collective through an acquisition closed on December 31. Michael Best represented Fiddleheads’ owners in structuring the transaction and negotiating and closing the transaction.  With this transaction, Fiddleheads was able to ensure that its long-standing unique heritage and local character could continue with the new support and resources of FairWave’s growing collective.  Michael Best’s transactional group is proud to have helped the sellers realize a transaction that positions Fiddleheads as a key part of FairWave’s expanding Milwaukee-area portfolio, alongside fellow local brand Anodyne Coffee, helping to ensure that Fiddleheads’ legacy continues to thrive within a broader multi-brand strategy.
