Michael Best is proud to announce partner Michael Yeh as the new Co-managing Partner of Green Bay. He will oversee the office’s operations and strategic planning alongside partner Timothy Burkard. Burkard previously served as Managing Partner of the firm’s Manitowoc office and led the firm’s transition and expansion into the Green Bay market.
Yeh has been with the firm for over eight years and has previously worked on the product and sales side of several large national corporations, bringing a unique blend of in-house business experience to his practice at Michael Best. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters including supply chain, manufacturing, licensing, and SaaS commercial contracting. With a practical, solutions-oriented approach, he helps businesses navigate evolving legal landscapes and resolve complex issues with clarity and confidence. Based in Green Bay, where he lives with his wife and children, Yeh is also committed to fostering a culture in which Michael Best’s attorneys and staff actively contribute to building and strengthening the local community.

The Green Bay office is continuing to expand, with recent additions including Angela Rust as senior counsel in the Healthcare industry group and Crystal Abbey as an associate in the Litigation practice group, and Alexandra Thomas starting as an associate this fall.
With these additions, the Green Bay team offers full-service capabilities that cover a wide range of disciplines. The office includes attorneys such as Jeffrey Dunn, partner in the Corporate and Transactional practice group, Alan Cheslock, partner in the Intellectual Property practice group, and Jake DeLeers, associate in the Corporate practice group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, among others—providing clients with comprehensive, on-the-ground legal counsel in Green Bay.

Michael Best’s Green Bay office in the U.S. Venture Center in Titletown opened its doors in 2025 following its relocation from Manitowoc.
