Bill connects business leaders with Michael Best professionals in support of building strategic partnerships which help businesses achieve their long- and short-term objectives.
Bill has spent his career leading business and economic growth initiatives throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Prior to joining Michael Best, Bill worked as a business consultant and served as economic development director for Waukesha County, Wisconsin. In this role, he collaborated with public sector and business leaders to design the economic positioning strategy for Waukesha County. Bill also leveraged his extensive network to link county businesses with key resources such as financing, real estate, and talent, providing the means to help those companies thrive.
He began his career as a human resource director and has significant experience in organizational strategy and development and assisting start-up and early-stage companies with crucial needs ranging from crafting business plans to making key introductions.
Bill is also a thought leader in on the topic of innovation in business, and he was a co-founding member of the Milwaukee7 regional economic initiative and the Regional Economic Partnership.
