Vince represents clients involved in sophisticated transactions, including commercial lending; business planning and formation; and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

A diverse group of clients looks to Vince for creative solutions and practical strategies that will help them get their deals done. They include:

  • Financial institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit transactions, acquisition financing, venture capital alliances, and reorganizations
  • Buyers and sellers in acquisition and divestiture transactions
  • Private companies on general corporate governance issues

Vince worked as a law clerk at Michael Best and another Milwaukee-based law firm before becoming a lawyer. He also served as a judicial intern in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District II.


Notable representations include:

  • Advising a financial institution client on a $20 million acquisition financing
  • Representing a private automotive client in the $45 million sale of a business division
  • Advising a financial institution on a $25 million commercial loan
  • Representing an information technology company client on the $215 million sale of its business
  • Advising a financial institution on a $40 million asset-based revolving loan facility for a public company

During law school, Vince was inducted into the Pro Bono Society in recognition of giving over 50 hours of service and the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society.
