Susan heads Michael Best’s Marketing and Business Development team, drawing on her extensive experience to help the firm thrive in a competitive legal services marketplace. Susan is responsible for helping the firm attract, grow, and retain clients by collaborating closely with firm leaders to chart a course for strategic growth, client service, and business development. Her group defines and supports the Michael Best brand and identity through integrated media, public & community relations, and events.
Before joining Michael Best, Susan served as the senior director of marketing and business development at an AmLaw100 firm focused on labor and employment law. Previously, she was director of strategic projects and held several marketing and business development positions in the transactional practice area at a Global 100 law firm.
