As the Director of Human Resources, Sibyl provides supervisory guidance and strategic direction to support the recruitment, development, and retention of the firm’s attorneys and professionals.
Partnering with the firm’s leadership, Sibyl is responsible for enhancing the firm’s performance through talent management strategies. Her areas of influence and oversight include organizational policy matters, administrative and professional recruiting, performance management, compensation, benefits, total rewards, employee relations, HR/Recruiting technologies, and professional development.
Sibyl has spent her HR career in the professional services industry. Prior to joining Michael Best, Sibyl worked at a Big 4 Accounting Firm in a number of progressive HR/Talent roles. She provided counsel to senior leaders on matters including organizational effectiveness and change management. She also oversaw talent processes such as on-boarding and integration, professional development, compensation, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Sibyl also worked at a hedge fund, where she focused on onboarding, mentoring, firm-wide training, and benefits administration.
