Mike Barnhill is an experienced civil litigator and trial attorney who has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving contractual breaches, torts (including fraud and negligence), misappropriation of trade secrets, securities violations, and employment issues (wage and hour, discrimination).  Mike also defends class action suits and financial services companies in consumer litigation.  Mike is licensed in both California and Utah and has represented extensively litigated cases in both states as well as many other states.

For more than 30 years, Paul has specialized in product liability defense, class action defense, multi-district litigation (MDL) defense, and other complex commercial litigation. He is particularly well known for his work in the class action and food and beverage sectors, where he is a nationally and locally recognized speaker and thought leader on product liability issues and regulatory trends.

Ethan is an Associate who focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience in both trial and appellate courts. Ethan has assisted with numerous large-scale litigations, including antitrust, class action, and multi-district litigation.
