She has served as both first and second chair on jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. Her versatile practice includes intellectual property litigation; real property litigation; securities litigation; bankruptcy litigation, business torts, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fraudulent transfer claims, jurisdictional and venue disputes, alter-ego liability and multijurisdictional asset recovery.

Michelle provides strategic counsel and representation to clients involved in a range of construction, real estate, and project development matters. Representative work includes complex real estate purchase, sale and leasing transactions, entitlement processes, easements, licenses and rights-of-entry agreements, developing and implementing best practices on large-scale, high-ticket construction and development projects, and more. 

Clients rely on Rick’s deep understanding of the mediation, arbitration, litigation, and appellate processes. Rick has been the lead trial attorney on a variety of complex cases presented to juries, judges, and arbitrators.
