Before joining Michael Best, Seamus was an associate at a litigation-focused firm, where he managed all aspects of a variety of commercial litigation matters from the commencement of actions through to trial and appeals. As lead associate across a broad docket, he also developed case strategy, drafted pleadings and motion papers, managed discovery, and prepared clients for critical proceedings.
