Scott focuses his practice in the areas of patent prosecution and patent counseling. He advises clients with regard to the strategic use and leverage of their patents as well as litigation avoidance and dispute resolution.
Scott has significant experience with a range of computer and electronic technologies, including software, computer architecture, wireless networking, automated control systems, semiconductor fabrication and process control, medical electronics, information systems, telecommunications systems, circuitry, and electronic and diagnostic testing systems.
Earlier in his career, Scott worked as an electrical engineer, becoming a patent agent before pursuing his J.D. His clients appreciate the strong technical background Scott brings to his work.
