Overview

Paul works with clients in the corporate group at Michael Best, bringing experience in government service and business development. At the Utah County Attorney’s Office Civil Division, he prepared legal memoranda, drafted policies for county departments, appeared in court for civil commitment hearings, and presented recommendations to governing bodies. 

Previously, Paul was an account executive with an international language services firm, where he reviewed and responded to government RFPs, secured contracts, partnered with state agencies to aid refugee families, and led sales and account management initiatives that supported company growth during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

His volunteer experience includes lobbying for improved language accessibility at the state level and spending two years in South Korea teaching free English classes and supporting community relief programs.
