Molly is a Legislative Assistant with Michael Best Strategies. She conducts research, assists with communications related to key legislative, political, and regulatory issues, and performs daily operations to serve Michael Best Strategies’ clients.
Prior to joining Strategies, Molly was a research assistant at American University where she prepared materials for expert witness testimony against the Taliban and conducted literature reviews on terrorist organization recruitment. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she also interned in government relations at Vita Inclinata Technologies. In this role, Molly assisted with drafting legislation to implement load stabilization technologies that increase safety on Blackhawk helicopters and construction jobsites.
Her experience also includes an organizing internship for Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence where she crafted policy guides, assisted with outreach activities, identified grant opportunities, and served as project manager for a large campaign.
Earlier, Molly gained valuable experience from several internships, including internships with the State Attorney’s Office for Dorchester County and U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).
