As our senior manager of client engagement, Meghan leads Michael Best’s client experience (CX) initiatives, developing a framework for consistent application across the organization. She developed and leads the firm’s Client Listening Program, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client feedback is heard throughout our organization.
Meghan provides guidance to numerous client service teams, supporting clients across the spectrum from start-ups to fortune 500 companies. She is a high-energy business professional who strives to discover and deliver value to our clients, whether through enhanced billing solutions, free CLE options, hosting client activities, community partnerships, or aligning reporting to meet their needs. She collaborates with our client relationship attorneys and clients to define how we can add value where clients need it most.
Meghan brings strong experience to the table, including her background in business development and a keen analytical sense and business acumen derived through her time as a tax accountant with a Big 4 firm, regional firm, and multinational corporation.
