Matt supports attorneys on a variety of matters, drawing on a decade of business development and client service experience in the technology and professional services sectors.
Before joining the firm, Matt worked as a law clerk at CrestPoint Partners, where he researched and drafted memoranda on topics including Colorado’s new non-compete statute and e-signature laws, reviewed corporate contract documents, and participated in client strategy meetings. He previously held sales and account executive roles at leading software companies such as Unanet, Procore, InsideView, and Marin Software, where he specialized in presenting complex software solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and negotiating annual contracts.
Matt also served as vice president of outreach for the Venture Law Society at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and was an active member of the Privacy Law Society and Business Law Society.
