Lisa is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry who has worked directly for as well as consulted with organizations to help define and execute strategies to enable company growth and deliver maximum profitability. Her 30 years of experience within workers’ compensation and health plan settings have resulted in her being a respected, well-connected, and trusted advisor to executives ranging from startups to major corporations.
In her role as Principal and Head of Operations at Michael Best Strategies, Lisa works closely with the Equity Partners, leads the practice overseeing day to day operations, and drives the near and long term strategy for the Healthcare Innovation Group.
Before joining Strategies, Lisa served as lead commercial business strategist for Humana’s Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan markets, where she developed disruptive programs and forged key relationships critical to success for the company.
