Krystal is an experienced law firm administrator with more than a decade of leadership in operations and firm management. She has extensive experience overseeing human resources, finance, accounting, payroll, facilities, information technology, and marketing functions, and is recognized for her ability to streamline processes and support organizational growth.
Before joining Michael Best, Krystal served as Chief Operating Officer at Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor P.C., where she guided the firm through significant expansion and operational change. Earlier in her career, she held key roles in operations management at a staffing company and as an office administrator for a national employment law firm, developing a broad skill set in people management, compliance, and infrastructure oversight.
Krystal has been an active member of the Mile High Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators since 2006, contributing through board service and committee leadership.
