Kim represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, products liability, and complex insurance coverage disputes. She has experience in all stages of litigation in state and federal court, and experience in class action and multi-district litigation (MDL).
During law school, Kim was a student attorney in the W&L Law Advanced Administrative Litigation Clinic, where she represented coal miners pursuing Federal Black Lung Benefits. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard R. Cooch in the Superior Court of Delaware.
