Kim is a leader in healthcare product strategy, development, and marketing. She has extensive experience driving growth by identifying customer needs, leading product development to create solutions that meet those needs, and bringing new products to market. From ideation to planning to execution, Kim works closely with clients to optimize and differentiate their offerings, and break through the clutter in a crowded marketplace.
Kim previously served as currently Vice President for Group Innovation, Development, and Segmentation at Humana. She has held positions in all lines of the commercial business, with roles in strategy, product, and profit & loss leadership. Previously, Kim spent nearly 15 years in Marketing leadership roles across Humana’s commercial segments. She leverages her decades of health product and marketing leadership experience to help Strategies’ clients position their products and companies for success.
