As a senior associate with Michael Best Strategies’ Healthcare Innovation Group, Kimberly assists entrepreneurs developing disruptive solutions as well as payors and providers sourcing and implementing best-in-class innovations. Kimberly collaborates with Strategies’ team and clients to support client needs, conduct competitive research and analysis, prepare deliverables, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Before joining Strategies, Kimberly spent more than 15 years in leadership roles at Froedtert Health. In these roles, she consistently identified process improvement needs across business operations, patient care, marketing and engagement, and other areas, and successfully implemented large-scale initiatives and technology upgrades to improve patient outcomes and maximize efficiency while reducing costs and achieving regulatory compliance.

In concurrent roles as Director of Special Projects and Director of Pulmonary Services at Froedtert, Kimberly managed numerous complex projects including installing a nurse call system that significantly reduced response time to patient call and implementing a care management program for patients with pulmonary diseases that dramatically reduced readmission rates. She also implemented robust safety and security measures and collaborated with Froedtert’s marketing team to showcase these measures and brand the hospital as an industry leader in safety and security.
