- Obtaining summary judgment on behalf of a hotel and resort facility in a sex discrimination lawsuit.
- Successfully defending a claim for wrongful discharge in violation of public policy brought by a nurse’s aide against a nursing home.
- Obtaining dismissal in a defamation case brought by a former physician/professor against a medical school.
- Securing injunctions against several former high-level employees who had breached a non-compete agreement with their former employer, a medical billing company.
- Defeating class certification with respect to alleged minimum wage violations in a putative class action lawsuit.
- Obtaining summary judgment on behalf of a manufacturer in an age discrimination lawsuit.
- Successfully defending a breach of employment agreement claim regarding a non-compete on behalf of a manufacturer.
- Enforcing a non-solicitation agreement on behalf of a manufacturer against a former upper-level management employee who had solicited employees of the company.
- Thwarting a union-organizing campaign on behalf of a logistics and warehousing company.
- Prevailing on summary judgment in a case alleging Title VII discrimination against a pharmacy.
