Prior to joining Michael Best, Josh served as general counsel at a national real estate investment and development firm located in Houston, where he prepared and negotiated a wide range of contracts, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, joint venture agreements, and construction agreements.
Josh's legal journey began at one of the largest law firms in the Greater Madison Area, drafting legal memoranda and briefs on a variety of matters ranging from labor and employment to tax compliance.
