Joe oversees delivery of practice support services across the firm, including direct oversight of the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property Support teams. He brings more than 15 years of experience in a variety of legal backgrounds, from consumer mediation to appellate litigation. Joe works with firm leadership to develop long-term strategies and improve efficiencies through automation, innovation, and process re-engineering.
Joe serves as a link between lawyers and the technology resources necessary to effectively service our clients. His legal career has focused on training lawyers and support staff to utilize technology for the improvement of work productivity.
He has served the firm in various roles, including Process Improvement Manager for Legal Services and as a technology trainer. Prior to joining Michael Best, Joe developed and conducted training programs for employees and dispute resolution professionals involving ADR, customer service, and IT systems.
