She focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, branding, portfolio management, infringement defense, and dispute resolution. Jolly also represents clients in business matters such as contracts, licenses, and the IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Jolly previously spent more than 10 years as in-house counsel with L’Oréal, where she helped manage one of the largest trademark portfolios in the country in the personal care, beauty, luxury, and consumer goods industries. Jolly has significant experience offering trademark and copyright counsel for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and growth-stage businesses across a broad range of industries, including technology, food and beverage, apparel and accessories, education, arts, and entertainment.
