Overview

Jill serves as a strategic partner to clients on labor and employment matters. With clients’ long-term business goals in mind, Jill’s proactive and collaborative approach focuses on:

  • Employee performance, conduct and discipline, and leave issues
  • Labor-management relations, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation and application, unfair labor practices, and employee grievances
  • Litigation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance strategies

Jill’s practice is uniquely informed by her previous experience in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel.
