- Employee performance, conduct and discipline, and leave issues
- Labor-management relations, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation and application, unfair labor practices, and employee grievances
- Litigation, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance strategies
Jill’s practice is uniquely informed by her previous experience in the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Office of Chief Counsel. As a senior attorney, she advised and counseled the IRS on labor and employment-related matters and represented the IRS in arbitration and litigation proceedings before the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA).
