Jennie assists Michael Best attorneys and clients with all stages of U.S. and international trademark filings, prosecution, and maintenance. Often serving as a key contact for clients and foreign associates, she handles a wide range of responsibilities including new client intake formalities; filing trademark applications; preparing Office action responses; managing post-registration matters; obtaining priority documents; coordinating the legalization of formal documents; and ensuring all deadlines are met.
With more than 15 years’ experience in intellectual property, Jennie previously served as a legal assistant supporting the prosecution and maintenance of patent portfolios for large clients, including research institutions and universities.
