Overview

Jeffrey focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He has represented debtors and creditors in hundreds of Chapter 11 reorganization cases and has served as counsel to unsecured creditors’ committees in multiple Chapter 11 proceedings.

Since 1989, Jeffrey has also served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Colorado. He has overseen numerous large and complex Chapter 7 cases across a variety of industries and has acted as Plan Trustee in several significant Chapter 11 matters.

Earlier in his career, Jeffrey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan L. Sternberg of the Colorado Court of Appeals and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado.
