Overview

Jackson focuses his practice on civil litigation and trial advocacy. He brings a trial attorney’s mindset to every matter—working toward settlement while preparing strategically for trial. He began his career representing clients in criminal defense and family law matters before transitioning his practice to complex civil litigation. 

During law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Jackson clerked for the presiding criminal judge in Colorado’s 2nd Judicial District, interned at the Denver District Attorney’s Office, and served as a student attorney in the Criminal Defense Clinic. 

Jackson is known for his thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving and his commitment to helping clients navigate difficult circumstances with honesty and understanding.
