Zack works closely with Michael Best’s attorneys and practice leadership to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality of service through proactive client and matter management.

He assists legal teams with defining a project’s scope, objectives, deliverables, and budget; develops and implements project timelines, benchmarks, and reporting processes; and monitors project progress and budget adherence. Zack also provides clients with regular status and budget reporting on their matters.

Internally, Zack ensures we are managing our resources efficiently and cost-effectively, allowing attorneys to focus their time and attention on the critical legal aspects of their work. Additionally, he leverages his insight to identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

Before joining Michael Best, Zack was a Legal Project Management Specialist with an AmLaw 200 firm. He holds a J.D. from Michigan State University.
